Calling All Swap Meet Vendors!

The Greenville Swap Meet was begun by the Northeast Texas Region of the AACA in 2000. From a small number of vendors, it has grown to more than 200 vendor spaces. The Greenville Swap Meet takes place at the Hunt County Fairgrounds during the first weekend of April and third weekend of September. In the spring of 2026, the Swap Meet will take place April 2-4.

    Swap Meet Vendor FAQ

Is electricity available at vendor spaces?

Electrical outlets are available at each of the covered spaces. The outlets will support light use such as fans, lights, and radios. There are no outlets available on the outside spaces. Random outlets are available along “Main Street.”

    What size are the spaces?

    The outside spaces are 12′ x 25′. Covered spaces are 10′ x 20′.

    When do the gates open?

Vendor gates are open each day at 6:30am. On Thursday, gates are open for vendors and limited business to the public from 10:00am to 5:00pm. On Friday and Saturday, gates are open to the public from 8:00am until 5:00pm.

    What do the spaces cost?

Space prices vary depending on location and dates of payment. The range is $35-50 for the three days of the swap meet. Vendors save $10 per space if paid before March 16, 2026.

    Are the outside spaces paved?

The outside spaces have a gravel base. Over the years, the grass has grown over the top of the gravel in some places, but the base is firm in most areas.

Can I reserve the spaces that I am currently in for the next swap meet?

The spaces that you occupy this year may be reserved for the next swap meet, on the last day of the Swap Meet. The spaces will be available to you until approximately 3 weeks before the next Swap Meet. The last date for early registration is posted on the website and the latest Swap Meet flyer, (also on the website). After that time, the spaces go back into the general pool for anyone to reserve.

    Swap Meet Vendor Guidelines

The Northeast Texas Region AACA welcomes you to the Greenville Swap Meet.
We sincerely hope that you have a profitable and enjoyable stay with us.
We are inclined to be flexible about rules and regulations. However, we do
have a few, and would appreciate your reading these. They should be easy to follow.

    1. See space layout below. Please stay in your space.
    2. Our primary concern is safety and consideration. Our rules are based on two principles. If you have any questions about what might be permissible:
      • First, ask if it would be safe for yourself and the general public.
      • Second, ask yourself if it would be considerate of others.

Should it pass these two tests, it is likely to be permissible at the Greenville Swap Meet. If necessary, the Greenville Swap Meet Officials and/or the Hunt County Fair Board will be the final judges of what is permitted.

    3. We provide adequate food and drink for sale on the premises from a contracted vendor. You may bring your own provisions for your own consumption only.
    4. Vendor passes will be issued for all spaces, and must be displayed on all vehicles within the swap meet area. Vehicles not bearing these passes may be towed from the swap meet area without further notice.
    5. Pre-registered vendors will be admitted between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. For safety reasons we prefer that there be little or no vehicle traffic in the swap meet area from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Each day the gates will be closed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no motor vehicle traffic will be permitted during the late night sleeping hours.
    6. Speed limit of 5 MPH for all vehicles on the grounds.
    7. No riding lawn mowers or any vehicle with blades will be permitted to be driven on the grounds.
    8. Exhibitors are required to keep all vehicles, RV’s, and items for sale within the bounds of the space(s) they have rented (see diagram on back). Anyone failing to do so will be asked to immediately comply with this rule. Failure to comply will result in expulsion from the swap meet.
    9. No live animals may be displayed or sold. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.
    10. No firearms may be displayed or sold on the premises.
    11. Should you need to pick up heavy or bulky parts, please ask a Swap Meet Official for help. Swap Meet Officials will be happy to arrange for parts hauling, or accompany you in and out of the grounds.
    12. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the grounds at any time.
    13. Swap Meet personnel and volunteers have been instructed not to lift or move large auto parts due to insurance coverage. However, a front end loader will be on site to help with the lifting or removal of large parts such as engines, car frame parts, and other parts deemed too heavy for typical lifting or removal efforts.

The Greenville Swap Meet, the Northeast Texas Region of AACA, and the Hunt County Fair Board will not be responsible for damages, injuries, or accidents during the swap meet. The Greenville Swap Meet reserves the right to eject any person or firm deemed undesirable for any reason.
